Bio for Shannon Katz, Space Coast Realtor with Century 21 Circle.

I am a 4th generation Floridian and have spent a good deal of time in the rockies of Colorado and the beaches of South Padre Island, Texas. I moved back to Brevard in 2014 to be closer to family. I love the Space Coast life, helping people navigate through the real estate landscape and making my client’s lives better!

I joined Century 21 Circle to have a great support team, plenty of tools and resources, recognizable and beautiful branding as being apart of a large network of real estate professionals to work with across the map. As your agent, you will find someone who listens, clearly communicates and works hard to keep your real estate experience as smooth as possible.

Along with a bachelors in business, my professional background and experience have given me the skills and tools needed for giving my clients the best of both worlds: business and talent.

Ten years of professional property management for private residential homes has given me experience in communication and hospitality, contracts, property management, VRBO rentals (for two years), time management, billing, negotiation, advertising and more. With home detailing and care, landscape and experience, I know what to look for in a home.

I also have a professional background in marketing, graphic design, advertising and photography. Which gives me the ability to emphasis and highlight properties for sale and coordinate successful advertising and marketing campaigns for sellers.

These experiences have helped to build upon my strengths such as attention to detail, negotiation and problem solving skills. I want the best for my clients and to be a helpful and positive person who can be relied upon for solid real estate support. SELLER HIGHLIGHTS

ONSITE HOME SELLERS: If you are living on the property, I offer a walk through home staging consultation (inside and outside) to discuss space, improvements, lighting and curb appeal. Together we will set up a timeline and be clear on your expectations.

ESTATE SALES: I work with a reputable and licensed estate sale dealer who will help sell any items you wish to sell for the best price.

VACANT PROPERTY: If your property is vacant and needs a complete overhaul, with your prior approval on pricing, I will organize and hire the professionals you need to get your property looking great for the market. I will be there to supervise the whole process providing you with before and after photos.

MINOR UPDATES: If property needs minor attention such a paint touchups/curb appeal I will handle it pro bono.

PROPERTY IS READY TO PHOTOGRAPH: I will provide my own professional photography/videography for selling your home.
